Armenian Central Bank registered new branch of Rosgosstrakh-Armenia “Kentron”

YEREVAN, May 20. /ARKA/. Armenian Central Bank registered new branch – CJSC “Rosgosstrakh-Armenia” – “Kentron”. Such a decision was carried out by Artur Javadyan, Head of CB on May 17, 2010.

Insurance company “Rosgosstrakh-Armenia” was founded in May 2008 by investment holding company “R.G.S. Assets Limited” (100% of shares). In April 2010 Ltd “Rosgosstrakh” (100% of shares) became the shareholder of “Rosgosstrakh-Armenia”.

As of March 31, 2010 assets of CJSC “Rosgosstrakh-Armenia” were 2.4 billion drams, total liabilities – 1.1 billion drams, total capital – 1.3 billion drams and charter capital of the company – 1.19 billion drams. Net income of the company for the first quarter of 2010 was 102.5 million drams. ($1 – 384.56 drams). –0–
