Armenia’s Central Bank governor to take part in IMF and World Bank meeting

YEREVAN, October 8, /ARKA/. Armenia’s Central Bank governor Arthur Javadian has left for Washington to take part in the annual meeting of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank October 8-10.

The Central Bank of Armenia said in a press release that Arthur Javadian will take part in the plenary sessions of the gathering and will also meet with Dutch subgroup of the IMF. Javadian is scheduled also to meet with Age Bakker, IMF executive director, Maksud Ahmedi, IMF director for Middle East and Central Asia, Rud Trefersi, WB group executive director and some other top officials of major international lending organizations. He will also meet with some of his counterparts.-0-
