YEREVAN, June 16. /ARKA/. The Acba Bank and Germany's Nature and Biodiversity Conservation Union (NABU) have reviewed the results of a competition announced as part of a jointly implemented program "Development of organic agriculture" in 2020-2021, the press service of the bank reported today.

It said the competition took into account applicants' prospects for the export of certified organic products, the environmental impact of the project, the possibility of creating new jobs, as well as the work of economic entities in border areas and a number of other factors.

This year, with the assistance of the program, 18 small and medium-sized business entities and individual entrepreneurs will receive certifications for their products.

Acba Bank and NABU have been jointly implementing this program since 2015, which is aimed at stimulating the development of organic agriculture in Armenia and assisting producers. -0-
