YEREVAN, March 22. /ARKA/. The Armenian National Assembly has passed today in the second and final reading a set of amendments to the law "On Currency Regulation and Currency Supervision". The amendments were backed by sixty-eight MPs, while 31 voted against.
According to the amendments, mortgage loans will be issued to residents in Armenian drams only, except for cases when citizens have proven income in foreign currency.
