YEREVAN, June 7. /ARKA/. From June 6, 2023 to October 6, 2023 inclusive, Acba Bank will be placing 10,000,000 (ten million) worth USD-denominated  and 10,000,000,000 (ten billion) worth AMD-denominated coupon non-documentary bonds through a public offering at annual yield rates of 5% and 11.50%, respectively.  The circulation period of the bonds is 36 months.

The face value of one bond in drams is 100,000 (one hundred thousand) and the face value of a bond in US dollars is 100 (one hundred).

In order to purchase bonds, investors should fill out and submit bond purchase applications to Acba Bank.

According to the Armenian Law on "Guaranteeing Compensation of Bank Deposits of Individuals" the funds attracted through a bank-issued bonds are considered an insured bank deposit by the Deposit Compensation Fund.
