YEREVAN, 15 August. /ARKA/. Banknotes of 5,000 drams and 10,000 drams denomination have been put into circulation by the decision of the Central Bank of Armenia from 15 August.

The year of issue of the banknotes: ‘2024’, signatures of the Chairman of the Central Bank and the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Armenia are indicated in the upper right corner on the obverse of the banknotes.

On the reverse of the banknotes: in the lower left corner - digits denoting the denomination are printed with optically changing ink.

Banknotes of 5,000 drams and 10,000 drams denomination of 1999-2018 issues remain in circulation without restrictions and changes. -0-
