1991 Bank was established as shareholding bank “Arminvestbank”. 1994 In accordance with the Constituent Agreement “Arminvestbank” CJSC became the successor of the shareholding bank “Arminvestbank”. Bank was renamed “Armbusinessbank” CJSC. 2006 “Ukrprombank” Ltd., Insurance Company “ALPHA-GARANT” ALC and Christie Management Company became the new shareholders of Bank. 2009 In february 5 was marked by the special session of the Shareholders' General Meeting. A decision was passed to reinforce the Bank's authorized capital in 3 050 000 000 (three billion and fifty million) Armenian drams by the shareholder company " Christie Managemnt Inc." ARMBUSINESSBANK is a member to SWIFT, Anelik, Contact, Money Gram, Быстрая Почта, international payment systems, as well as to ArCa local payment system and MasterCard, ViSA INTERNATIONAL payment systems.
