"Unibank" CJSC was founded in October 2001 with an authorized capital of $ 5 million. In 2002, the Bank introduced a system Unistream. In 2003 Unibank became a member of the payment and settlement system «ArCa», and a year later joined the international system Visa International.
In 2006, the bank became a member of IFAD program to encourage investment in rural regions, as well as the program for the development of small and medium-sized businesses fund SMEDNC. In 2008 Unibank became a member of the Armenian Stock Exchange.
