YEREVAN, April 14. /ARKA/. Turnover of US dollars in Armenia’s foreign exchange offices grew 18.4% in February, compared with January, to 48 million dollars, the Central Bank of Armenia reports in a fresh issue of its monthly bulletin.
The dollar was bought at 492.07 drams, on average, at Armenia’s forex offices (7.07 p.p rise) and sold at 493.99 drams (7.57p.p. rise).
Turnover of Russian rubles in Armenia’s foreign exchange offices amounted to 1.1 billion rubles in late February after growing 0.53% over one month.
