YEREVAN, January 9. /ARKA/. Armenia’s monetary base grew by 3.8% in November, compared with October, to about AMD 746.4 billion, the National Statistical Service reported referring to the central bank’s preliminary figures.

Cash outside the central bank amounted to over AMD 405.74 billion in late November against over AMD 408.61 billion at the end of October.

Mandatory reserves in drams totaled over AMD 182 billion in November (increase of 1.9%), and those in foreign currencies grew by 19.9% to over AMD 154.86 billion.
