YEREVAN, June 4. /ARKA/. ACBA Leasing said today companies wishing to expand their businesses may purchase office premises on flexible leasing terms.

“Our offer gives the opportunity to become an owner instead of renting an office premise. As with the lease, the buyer will make monthly payments. But, unlike a lease, if all the payments are successfully made, the company becomes the owner of the property,” ACBA Leasing said in a press release today.
