ECB keeps benchmark rate unchanged

YEREVAN, July 16. / ARKA /. The European Central Bank (ECB) governing board voted today to keep the benchmark refinancing rate at its current all-time low of 0.05%, Finmarket.ru reported.

The other key interest rates -- on the marginal lending facility and the deposit facility -- were also left unchanged at 0.30% and minus 0.20% respectively. Analysts had not expected any rate changes. -0-
