YEREVAN, September 17. /ARKA/. The mortgage lending by Armenia-based commercial banks has almost doubled, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at a press conference in Vanadzor on Monday.

He said in the first seven months of 2019 a total of 84.5 billion drams worth mortgage loans had been provided, by 90.5% more than in the same time span of 2018.
