YEREVAN, September 4. / ARKA /. Tatul Manaseryan, the head of a Yerevan-based think-tank Alternative, says introduction of a single currency for the Eurasian Economic Union is a matter of decades.

"Introduction of a single currency is the highest form of economic integration. It means harmonization of fiscal and monetary policies of all the member states," Manaseryan said at a press conference on Friday.

According to him, the benefits of Armenia’s membership in the EEU will be felt only after some time.
