YEREVAN, April 24. /ARKA/. The Armenian universal credit organization First Mortgage Company said it has made another issue of AMD and USD-denominated coupon bonds secured by mortgage loans.

According to the company's prospectus, published on the Central bank's website, 1000 bonds with a face value of 100 thousand drams and 10.5% coupon yield were issued worth a total of 100 million drams. The company has issued also 8, 0000 USD-denominated bonds with a face value of $100 and coupon yield of 6.4% worth $800,000. The maturity of the issued is 36 months. The issue underwriter is Ameriabank.
