YEREVAN, February 22. /ARKA/. Average annual percent rate of mortgage loans in USD in January 2012 compared to the same period of 2011 reduced by 0.4 p.p. to 12.4%, says the site of Central Bank of Armenia.
According to the data, average percent rate in January 2011 of mortgage loams in AMD reduced by 0.1 p.p. to 12.9%.
Along with this, average percent rate of long-term credits in AMD provided by commercial banks of Armenia in January was 17.6% increased by 1.5 p.p. compared to January 2011, and by credits in foreign currency – 13.4% reduced by 1.4 p.p.
