According to the press service of the bank, Visa Chatbot and Chatbot Consierge are free services, which   free customers from dealing with everyday trifling matters, enabling them to quickly resolve important issues that require additional time and experience, to be sure that they have a personal online assistant at their disposal 24/7,  to speak fluently in a language convenient for the client,  ready to support any conversation, discuss questions of interest and knows the main rule: "The client is always right ... even if not always."
