YEREVAN, October 21. /ARKA/. Central Bank of Armenia has redesigned the license for general insurance company CJSC Yunireso in connection with a change in company name to RESO.
As it was reported in the press service of the Central Bank, this decision was taken at a meeting of the Central Bank board.
CJSC Yunireso was registered on November 10, 2008, and the company began its insurance activities the second quarter of 2009.
The shareholders of the insurance company are currently LLC SGI-Invest with a share of 50%, while the remaining 50% is owned by LLC CIS Equity Partners Limited.
