Gold buying price down 0.2% to AMD 18,883.55 in Armenia last week

YEREVAN, August 31. /ARKA/. The State Depository of Precious Stones and Metals Agency, an affiliation of Armenian Finance Ministry, has set new prices for government agencies to buy and sell precious stones and metals which were effective from August 22 to 28.

The new prices are for one gram of chemically pure metals.

The gold was to be bought at 18, 883.55 drams (down 0.2% or by 29.4 drams from the previous period) and sold at 20,525.60 drams (down 0.2% or by 31.95 drams); silver was to be bought at 277.31 drams (down by 3.95 drams) and sold at 301.43 drams (down 4.29 drams); platinum was to be bought at 15,691.16 (down 597.55 drams) and sold at 17,005.61 drams (down 649.51 drams); palladium was to be bought at 9,799.88 drams (down 110.03 drams) and sold at 10,652.04 drams (down 119.6 drams) ($1- 474.73 drams). --0----
