Armenian Insurance Companies Post 2.3 Billion Drams In Net Profits For The First Nine Months

YEREVAN, November 28. /ARKA/. Armenian insurance companies posted 2.3 billion drams in net profits for the first nine months of the year. In the first nine months of last year they incurred a total of 291.3 million drams in net losses.
According to an analysis, made by ARKA news agency, the leading company by size of net profits was Rosgosstrakh Armenia with over 553.5 million drams. In the same time span of last year this company incurred 189.9 million drams of losses.
The list of leaders included also Nairi Insurance with 511.4 million drams of net profits. The figure represented a sevenfold rise from the same time span of last year or by 440.7 billion drams and Ingo-Armenia with 326.3 million drams net profits, almost a six-fold rise from a year before (by 293.3 million drams).
