YEREVAN, September 13. /ARKA/. The Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia Martin Galstyan held a meeting today with a delegation led by IMF Mission Chief for Armenia Iva Petrova, the regulator's press service reported.

Galstyan presented Armenia’s financial sector's performance in 2023, current trends of economic growth, challenges and prospects, as well as priorities of the policy and reforms of the Central Bank.

The implementation of the new monetary approach, tasks and goals of the IMF mission, as well as issues of prices and financial stability, macroprudential policy and the second phase of Armenia's economic reform assistance program were discussed. -0-
