Armenian credit organizations lend less money for purchasing cars in january than in december

YEREVAN, March 15. /ARKA/. Car loans extended by Armenian credit organizations totalled AMD 233.1 million in late January 2012.
According to the information available on the central bank’s official website, this amount is 1.1% less than the indicator reported in late December.
The central bank says 98.1% of the car loans extended by credit organizations in January were in drams.
It means 228.7 million drams were lent for car purchasing – 2.5% month-on-month decline.
Consumer lending exceeded 8.9 billion in late January after growing 1.7% over the month.
