YEREVAN, February 14. /ARKA/. All the banks operating in Armenia are among the country’s largest taxpayers– they transferred AMD 48.6 billion to the government budget in 2018 against AMD 40.4 billion in 2017.

According to the Stet Revenue Committee, they paid AMD 20 billion as profit tax, AMD 24 billion as income tax, AMD 1.9 billion as VAT and AMD 2.5 billion as other taxes and duties.
