YEREVAN, June 3. /ARKA/. VTB Bank (Armenia) has supported, for the eighth time, the organization and conduction of international math competition "Kangaroo" this year.

‘This year’s “International Mathematical Kangaroo” math competition saw a record number of Armenian winners. Overall, 41,000 school students from 1,012 schools in Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh participated,’ the bank said in a press release.

The award ceremonies were held in 30 cities in Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh from May 30 to June 3. VTB Bank (Armenia) congratulated all the winners and wished them further success.
VTB Bank (Armenia) was acquired by Russian VTB Group in April 2004. It runs 67 branches in Armenia, more than any other local bank.
