YEREVAN, April 30./ARKA/. “Telephone of trust” is now available at Areximbank-Gazprombank Group. It aims to raise the quality of the services, the bank reported to ARKA agency on Tuesday.
“Telephone of trust” is a key instrument for fast and rational response to complaints of either citizens or the bank’s employees,” the bank said.
From now on, one can raise the issues or report to a bank employee on the phone the facts which one finds inappropriate to discuss in person. It can refer to bank workers’ illegal actions, threats, pressure, violations towards a client.
Phone consultation is absolutely confidential and anonymous.
