YEREVAN, July 28. /ARKA/. ARKA News Agency has singled out ten banks for their big loan portfolios as of June 30, 2020.

The loan portfolios of 17 banks that operate in Armenia have grown 5.7% over the first half of this year to AMD 3.770.5 trillion drams by late June.

Armbusinessbank is topping the ranking with its loan portfolio amounting to AMD 602.5 billion (a 6.2% growth).

The second biggest lender among Armenian banks was Ameriabank in the first half of this year. Its loan portfolio amounted to AMD 597.2 billion (up 2.0%).

Ardshinbank, with its AMD 548.2 billion and 17.3% growth, came third in the ranking.

ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK is ranked fourth – AMD 315.7 billion (up 7.3%), Inecobank fifth – AMD 22. 7 billion (down 6.7%), Converse Bank sixth – AMD 221.4 billion (down 2.2%), VTB seventh – AMD 199.2 billion (up 5.5%), Armeconombank eight – AMD 183.1 billion (up 4%), Unibank ninth – AMD 148.8 billion (up 5.2%) and Araratbank tenth – AMD 142.2 billion (up 4.6%).
