YEREVAN, April 21.  /ARKA/. In the first quarter of 2023, Armenia's banks' loan portfolio grew by 3.4% to over AMD 4.3 trillion as of 31.03.2023.

According to ARKA news agency's ranking as of March 31, 2023, Ameriabank was the leader in terms of loan portfolio size, which grew by 6.9% yoy to 786 bln drams.

Ardshinbank was second with AMD 531.8 bln loan portfolio (0.1% growth). Armbusinessbank was third with AMD 502 bln loan portfolio (0.5% growth).
