YEREVAN, July 27. /ARKA/. Armeconombank has joined a cashback scheme designed for pensioners and allowance recipients who use their bank cards to pay for purchases and utilities (cashless payments).

According to the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia, Armeconombank has joined Ardshinbank, Armbusinessbank, Acba Bank and VTB Bank (Armenia).

From August 1, holders of cards issued by Armeconombank will receive cashback in the amount of 10% of the amount of non-cash payment, but not more than 5 thousand drams per month. 

The Ministry explained that the cashback is returned if the payment is made through the bank's ATM or mobile banking.

The cashback scheme, made effective July 1, 2022, was extended by the decision of the Armenian government until the end of 2023. ($1 - 386.4 drams). --0--
