Anelik Bank awarded ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system international certification

YEREVAN, October 7. / ARKA /. Armenia-based Anelik Bank was awarded ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system international certification by German auditing firm TUV Rheinland, the press service of the bank said today.

TUV Rheinland was said to have studied the compliance of processes of all branches of the bank with its internal legal acts with the focus on the work to improve the quality of services.

The chairman of the bank’s board Nerses Karamanukian was quoted as saying that the bank’s policy is aimed at the dynamic improvement of service quality.
