YEREVAN, March 5. /ARKA/. The Central Bank of Armenia said today it has auctioned 1.5 billion drams worth short-term government treasury bonds of AMGT52043138 issue with a 52 week maturity period. According to a press release, the total amount of submitted bids was more than 2.476 billion drams, of which more than 2326 million drams were competitive bids. The Treasury Depositary submitted 150 million drams worth non-competitive bids.
The auction was attended by eight dealers. The weighted average yield on a bond was 9.1246% with a 9.6645% cut-off point. ($1 - 388.93 drams). M.M. -0-
