History
National Mortgage Company RCO CJSC (from now on "company") was registered in the Central Bank of Armenia by decree N 182A of the board of the Central Bank of Armenia on 16.06.2009 (Registration certificate N 26, Activity License N 26). The only shareholder is the Central Bank of Armenia. The company was registered as Refinancing Credit Organiozationin the Central Bank of Armenia by the decision of 1/1167A by the board of the Central Bank of Armenia dated October 19, 2011
