YEREVAN, September 28. /ARKA/. Today Inecobank listed 5 million USD denominated coupon bonds on NASDAQ OMX Armenia Exchange's Abond List.

The company listed 50,000 coupon bonds with a nominal value of USD 100, coupon rate of 5.25% and a 36-months maturity period. The bonds will be traded under the INECB2 ticker symbol (ISIN - AMINECB22ER8) and will be allowed to manual and REPO trading as well.

Inecobank was registered on February 7, 1996. Its shareholders are A. Baloyan. - 30%, K. Safaryan - 25.92%, EBRD - 22.7% and agRIF Coopeartief U.A - 10.01%.
